First Time Buyer or Having Problems
with Your Existing Account -
Here
are simple steps you should follow to set up or manage your
account with Rusty Stumps.
Understand, you must have an account and be logged into that
account so you can actually place and complete an order on-line.
If
you DO NOT already have an account with Rusty Stumps follow
these easy steps:
Click on either the "Login/Create/Check Account" button on
our home page or "Account Login" button at the top menu of
all pages.
On
the "Login or Create an Account" page go to the "Create An
Account" Section on the right.
Fill
in ALL the information requests and
MAKE SURE
your email address is correct. Bad email addresses account
for 90% or the errors we encounter in sending out
notifications of order receipt, order shipment or new
product announcements.
When
you have everything filled in click on the "Create My
Account" button. Your account will be created and you
will be logged in to our system and can start adding items
to your Cart.
When
you have completed your order, paid for it and are done,
simply log out of your account by clicking on the "LOG OUT"
button over on the right hand side of all pages where it
states "Login Status".
Please be sure to read the "Payment
Method Options" page to understand the
various methods of payment we accept on orders.
If
you are having trouble logging into your existing account here
is a list of possible problems:
Check to make sure your email address is correct in
the Login screen.
If
your email address is correct then is your password correct?
If
you are not sure, go to the "Lost Password" section on that
page and fill in your correct email address and click the
"Submit" button.
If
you do not receive an email with your password then your
email address was NOT correct when you created your account.

giving us your name, past order numbers and your correct
email address, requested password and we will correct your
account then email you when it is ready.

Kelley's Landing Series M. Chambers Merchantile Store is
announced and has started to ship on June 29, 2010.
Shipping will be on a "first order, first ship" basis.
We are in the process of
reviewing all our products with an eye on sales factors. A
number of current products will be deleted from our line. It's
just too much to maintain if a quantity of items are not good
sellers. We hope you understand.
We have signed up to be a
vendor at the upcoming CSS10 Craftsman Kit Manufactures Show in
November 2010. Watch here for updates on our being there.

other RSSM customers also post items. Just click on the
SUPPORT FORUMS button the top strip of menu buttons. Check
out these posting and make your own. All comments, ideas, etc.
that relate to RSSM kits or products are welcome on the RSSM
FORUMS. If not already a member please join.
Ratings and Reviews of
products is another new feature of the RSSM website. You can
now leave feedback on all Rusty Stumps products to let us and
others know how you like, or didn't like, a particular product.
Malicious entries will not be posted for obvious reasons but
even pans will be.
