All orders must be paid in full before any order is shipped. No C.O.D. orders accepted.

We prefer that you place your order on-line. This helps eliminate errors and saves time.

Understand, calling and have us enter your order or credit card information, that it is still entered on-line by us. All payment transactions except checks/MOs are done 'on-line'. We have a 64 bit security system to protect transactions.

Rusty Stumps offers the ability to enter you credit card information right as you checkout with no need to call us. This is a SECURE service so there is no chance of your information getting into the wrong hands through the internet.

We use a 1,024 bit security code system. At checkout time just look at the site URL at the top of your browser and you will see https:\\www.rustystumps.com....That is your assurance that the transaction is secure. You can click on the padlock where it is displayed to see our certificate authentication.

Just choose CREDIT CARD On-Line from the payment method drop-down list and when you get further along you will be prompted for the necessary information. This speeds up the transaction as Rusty Stumps is immediately paid and so we will process your order fast speeding it on to you far quicker than phoning us.

A fast method to get your order on the way to you. If you have a PayPal account just select that from the Payment Method list when it is show at checkout time. Because payment is made instantly your order will generally go out faster.

DO NOT EMAIL all your credit card information in ONE email as this can be intercepted too easy.

Send us two or three emails dividing your Credit Card Number between them. Put the Expiration Date in one of the emails and the Security Code from the back in the second. Your name and address are already on your order.

NOTE: If your Credit Card billing address is different than your shipping address be sure to tell us that, either on the order, or in one of your emails.

Your order will be automatically placed in the Rusty Stumps database when you checkout from this website. The order will remain  pending till the receipt of your check or money order. It's possible orders processed this way may take an additional 10 business days to process while your check clears the bank.
